To secure your booking at KOYO Dubai, we ask for AED100 deposit. Note, we are not charging your card in advance, we are only holding the amount of 100aed per person (not deductible from the final bill) which will be credited back after the event if no late amendment and cancellations has been made

In the case of a complete no show on the day itself a cancelation fee of AED 100pp will be charged. In the case of a group reducing in size, the missing number of guests will be charged a cancelation fee of AED100pp. Any reservation amended or canceled 72 hours prior to reservation will not be charged.

If the date of your intended reservation is showing as ‘not available’, we are, unfortunately, fully booked at that time. To be added to our waitlist, please contact our reservations team directly either by phone or email.

Cancellation

The KOYO dress code is smart-casual. For gentlemen, we do not permit sleeveless shirts, open-toed shoes or sandals, caps or hats. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted, Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Age policy: 21+ from 8pm. 12 and under allowed from 6pm – 8pm, Tuesday – Friday. In compliance with Dubai law, all guests must be able to present a valid form of I.D. (Emirates ID or original Passport). Photocopies will not be permitted.

If you have made a booking with us, we will hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes from your confirmed time. If you are running late, please give us a call so that we can amend your booking accordingly.
